FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what new and returning players ask most. Each one comes from the Field Manual, which has the full detail.

What is TiCkTOM?

TiCkTOM is a free game about building an income, defending it and turning it into something real. You play inside Telegram or in an ordinary browser, and there is nothing to install.

Do I need a Telegram account?

No. You can sign in with Telegram, with Google or with a 6-digit code we email you, so there is no password to lose. Withdrawing tokens, cancelling a withdrawal and connecting a wallet still need the Mini App inside Telegram.

Can I play with Telegram and Google on the same account?

Only if you verify your email first. Telegram and Google know nothing about each other, so signing up with Google when you already play in Telegram would create a second account with its own coins and cards. Open Settings in the Mini App and verify your email, and both doors land on the same account. Balances are never merged.

What do I do first?

The whole game is one loop: buy and upgrade Profit Cards, claim what they earned, finish missions, protect your base with a shield, then explore the map, the crypto mines and the events. The Mission Hub's Go buttons are the fastest tour of the game.

What are coins, and can I withdraw them?

Coins are the game's own currency. They are not crypto and they cannot be withdrawn, but every real thing in TiCkTOM is bought with them first. Your income is measured in coins per hour.

Where does my income come from?

From three places: cards, which are the main engine and the only part you control directly, permanent income bundles won on the Reward Wheel, and one-off gift packages and campaigns. All three add into the same total.

Why should I check in every 12 hours?

Coins stop being produced 12 hours after you go offline, or 18 hours with TiCkTOM Premium. A player who checks in once a day throws away half of every day's income. It is the gap that matters, not the number of visits.

Is it better to buy a new card or upgrade one I own?

Usually upgrade. The early levels of any card are the worst value it will ever offer, so deepening a card you already own almost always beats widening your collection.

Why do I have to claim my income?

Card income collects in each card's own store, not in your balance. Claim before a store fills, or the rest is lost.

What can another player take from me in a raid?

Your current coin balance, plus the income you have produced but not yet collected, counted back 24 hours, minus whatever has already been taken from you in that window. Distance decides how fast a raider can take it, not how much is there.

How do shields work?

While a shield is up, raids against you fail. Shields come in tiers: the cheap ones cost coins and last six to twelve hours, and longer ones hold for a full day, three days or a week. Your shield breaks when you attack, and you cannot raise a new one for thirty minutes, or 15 with TiCkTOM Premium.

What is the difference between raiding and mining?

Raiding takes another player's game coins and costs you a shield. Mining takes real crypto out of the map, and nobody loses anything. Both share one allowance of twenty actions per two-hour window, or forty with TiCkTOM Premium.

Which tokens does the wallet hold?

Six: GRAM, BTC, ETH, USDT, XAUT and BNB. Swap converts one into another at the current rate with a fee shown before you confirm, deposit brings crypto in, and withdraw sends it out to your own wallet.

Why does a deposit need a memo?

The deposit address is shared by every player, so the short memo code the app gives you is the only thing that says the money is yours. A transfer that arrives without it cannot be matched to anyone.

What is TiCktrade?

The card market. Take a card to level 10, mint it into a deed, list it for a 24-hour auction and let others bid, or bid on somebody else's. A bid in the last 5 minutes extends the clock, and the platform takes 10% of the sale.

What does TiCkTOM Premium change?

Your two-hour action window doubles from twenty to forty, and your cards keep producing for 18 hours offline instead of 12. It is not the same thing as Telegram Premium, which grants nothing in the game.

How does inviting friends pay?

You get coins on signup, each time a friend reaches a new level, at friend-count milestones and as a share of the card income they claim. A friend who plays to the top level is worth far more than a thousand who sign up and vanish, and only friends who reach level 3 count towards Revenue Share.

Are the mini games paid?

No. Mini games are solo play with nothing at stake, and scores are not paid out. A score worked out in a browser can be made up without playing, so paying against it would simply hand money to whoever looked first.

What happens if I stop playing?

After 30 days without opening the game, you can be moved to the Orphan planet by another player on your planet, who is paid 500,000 coins for it. You get a free teleport back to TON, and while you are on Orphan almost everything social is closed to you.

Will TiCkTOM ever ask for my seed phrase or password?

Never. Not a seed phrase, not a private key, not a password and not a login code. Anyone asking is stealing from you, whatever name is on their profile picture.

How do I get help from a person?

Open a ticket in the app, or send /human to the official Telegram bot at any time; it is always free. Automated answers are labelled TiCkTOM AI, cannot see your account and never present themselves as a person. See the Contact page for the official channels.
