Reach TiCkTOM support
Support for TiCkTOM runs on Telegram. There is no public email address, so the channels below are the only official ones.
Official Telegram channels
- Support and the game bot: @ticktom_bot. Send /human at any time to reach a person; it is always free.
- Community group: @TiCkTOM_Official.
- Announcement channel: @TiCkTOM.
Inside the game
Open a ticket from the Support screen in the app, or from Support at the foot of the website, which asks you to sign in first because support runs on your account. A ticket stays attached to your account, so nobody has to prove who you are twice. You can also ask a question before opening a ticket; the answers are automated, come from TiCkTOM's published help and are labelled TiCkTOM AI. When automated help cannot solve something, it offers Talk to Human Support, and your question is written into your ticket so you do not type it twice.
What to include
Say what you did and what you expected instead. A ticket that says only that something does not work costs a round trip before anyone can start looking. A payment that did not arrive, a reward that did not land or a card that behaves oddly are all good reasons to write. A screenshot often explains a problem faster than words.
How to spot a fake
Nobody from TiCkTOM will ever ask you for your wallet's seed phrase, a private key, a password or a login code we emailed you. There is no situation, whether a verification, a prize, an account check or an urgent fix, where real support needs any of them. Anyone asking is trying to steal from you, whatever name is on their profile picture. If a screenshot of yours shows one of these secrets, treat that secret as exposed.
Before you write
Many answers are already published. The FAQ covers the common questions, and the Field Manual covers everything else. The rules that apply to your account are in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
