Withdrawal Rules
What has to be true before money leaves, how much can leave, and what a hold means.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This page describes how withdrawals work on TiCkTOM: what has to be true before one can be made, how much can leave in a given period, and what happens to a request that goes over that amount.
It describes the product as it behaves today. Where the Terms of Use and this page speak about the same thing, the Terms govern; this page is the detail.
1. Before you can withdraw
Three things have to be true of the account:
- your email address is verified — accounts created before 1 September 2026 have until 15 September 2026 to do this;
- the account is at least seven days old;
- the account is not frozen or banned, and the withdrawal is made from Telegram rather than from a web sign-in session.
Each token and network also has its own minimum withdrawal amount, shown on the withdraw screen.
2. How much can leave, and in what period
Two ceilings apply at once, both measured in US dollars:
- Standard — $25 in any 24 hours and $100 in any 30 days.
- Verified — $100 in any 24 hours and $300 in any 30 days, once an identity check has been approved.
The periods roll: they are the last 24 hours and the last 30 days counted backwards from the moment you press withdraw, not a calendar day or a calendar month.
Identity verification is optional. See the Identity Verification page for what the check involves.
3. How the total is counted
The total is counted in dollars, using the dollar value recorded when each withdrawal was made, so a later change in a token's price never re-prices your history.
- Every token and every network counts towards the same total.
- The total is counted per account and, separately, per receiving address: several accounts sending to one wallet are added together against the same ceiling.
- Withdrawals that are pending or being sent count. Cancelled ones do not. Completed ones count for as long as they are inside the window.
4. Going over a limit
A request above a ceiling is not refused and nothing is lost. The request is created, the amount is reserved from your balance exactly as it would be normally, and the request is held for review by a person.
You will see the request in your history with its status. When it is reviewed it is either sent or cancelled; a cancelled request returns the amount to your balance.
5. Other reasons a withdrawal is held
A withdrawal can also wait for reasons that have nothing to do with your limit: the network route being temporarily closed, the destination address failing its checks, or our anti-abuse rules asking for a look. In each case the request is recorded and reviewed rather than silently dropped.
Withdrawals are not paid automatically. Each one is released by a person or by a process a person has enabled.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel a withdrawal from your history up to the moment it is sent, and the amount returns to your balance.
After a cancellation, the next withdrawal has to wait 30 minutes. Repeated cancellations lengthen that wait. It is not a penalty for changing your mind: it is what stops a request being created and cancelled in a loop.
7. Fees and the amount that arrives
A network fee, and where applicable a service fee, is taken from the amount you withdraw. Both are shown on the withdraw screen before you confirm, together with the amount that will actually arrive.
The dollar value counted against your limits is the value of the withdrawal before fees.
8. The address you send to
You are responsible for the address you enter. A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by us once it has been sent, and an address on the wrong network is not recoverable.
Where an address has to be proven to be yours, the proof is checked against the address itself, not merely against a signature presented alongside it.
9. Changes to these rules
These limits and rules can change, including for a single account where our anti-abuse rules or the law require it. Material changes are announced on @TiCkTOM_Official, and this page is updated with its date.
10. Questions
In the app, Settings → Support Center. On Telegram, a direct message to @Ticktom_bot. A held withdrawal can be asked about there, and the answer will say which rule is holding it.
