Identity Verification

Optional, run by a provider on its own pages. For you it raises how much you can withdraw; for us it also supports the checks that keep one person to one verified account.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Identity verification on TiCkTOM is optional. Its purpose for you is a higher withdrawal limit. Verification may also support our integrity and review controls, such as the checks described below that stop one person collecting the higher limit on several accounts. Playing TiCkTOM does not currently require it, and an account that never verifies keeps the rest of the product.

This page explains what the check involves, who performs it, what TiCkTOM receives from it, and what happens in the cases that are not a simple yes.

1. What verification is for

Every account can withdraw up to a standard limit. Verifying your identity raises that limit. The current figures are on the Withdrawal Rules page, which is where they are stated.

As the product stands today, verification is not required to play, to earn, to buy, to trade, to open a wallet, or to withdraw within the standard limit. Where that changes, this page and the Terms of Use change with it.

2. Who performs the check

The check is carried out by Didit, an identity-verification provider, on its own pages. You are handed over to Didit, you submit your document and a selfie there, and Didit decides.

TiCkTOM is not present during that step and does not receive what you submit to Didit. Didit processes that material under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. What TiCkTOM receives, and what it does not

TiCkTOM receives and stores only the outcome of the check and the references needed to audit it:

  • the decision — approved, declined, in review, or still in progress;
  • the provider's session reference and the version of the check that was used;
  • the dates the check was started and decided;
  • where a check is held for review, the provider's risk codes and which other TiCkTOM account they point at.

TiCkTOM does not receive or store your identity document images, the photograph of your face, biometric templates, or the personal details printed on your document, such as your name, document number or date of birth. Those stay with Didit.

The body of the provider's message to us is deliberately excluded from our request logs, so no copy of it survives there either.

4. The possible results

  • Approved — the higher withdrawal limit applies from that moment. You do not have to sign in again for it to take effect.
  • Declined — the standard limit continues to apply. You may start a new check; a declined document is very often simply a blurry one.
  • In review — a person looks at it. The standard limit continues to apply while that happens.
  • Expired or abandoned — nothing changes; start again when you are ready.

An approval is not permanent. If the provider later tells us a verification has lapsed, the account returns to the standard limit.

5. One person, one verified account

The higher limit belongs to a person, not to an account. If the provider reports that the face or the document used on your check has already been approved on a different TiCkTOM account, the check is held for review instead of being approved, and the standard limit continues to apply.

Nothing is refused automatically in that situation, and the hold is never based on a shared internet address or a shared device. It is released or refused by a person, and that decision is recorded with the name of whoever made it.

6. Age and place

The check applies a minimum age of eighteen, and it is not offered in every country. Where it is not offered, the standard withdrawal limit continues to apply as it does for everyone else.

Verification being available in a country is a statement about the provider's coverage and our own policy. It is not a statement that every TiCkTOM feature is licensed or permitted there; that remains your responsibility under the Terms of Use.

7. Your data and your choices

You can decline verification and keep playing. If you have verified and want the outcome removed from your account, ask through the Support Center; removing it returns the account to the standard limit.

Requests about the material held by the provider — the images and the extracted details — are for Didit, since that is where they are. The Privacy Policy sets out the rest of your rights over the data TiCkTOM itself holds.
